Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (Washington and Nevada)

Last updated: September 17, 2026

What we collect. Your email address and the fact that you asked for our joint-comfort cheat sheet, which may suggest you're interested in joint or muscle comfort. We also record the page version, the time, your approximate state from your IP address, and the consent wording you saw.

Where it comes from. From you, when you submit the form.

Why we use it. To send the cheat sheet you asked for and marketing emails about joint-comfort products, including Arctic Blast, for which we earn commissions.

Who processes it. Our email service provider and our website host, under contract, only to provide their services to us.

Who we share it with. No one else. We don't sell it, we don't share it with Meta or other advertisers, and we don't use it to build ad audiences.

Optional site analytics. Microsoft Clarity is consent-gated and masks form inputs and diagnostic information. We do not send email sign-up data to Clarity. See Privacy & ad choices for analytics details and to withdraw permission.

Your rights. You can ask to see your data, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Unsubscribe from any email, or email [email protected] with the subject "Health data request". We respond within 45 days.

Appeals. If we decline your request, reply to our answer with the subject "Appeal" and we'll respond within 45 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General or the Nevada Attorney General.
